Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BlackBerry7100/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

I ran across a sum card today. The wierd thing is tha sum ha no carrier logo on it when I tried to use itnwith my 7100t after it ateyed up the hand held was stil locked, but instead of entering an unlock code I asked for a PuK code
The only identifyugh mars on the card are the following:

Anybody have any ideas?
