Default Charger on the go - 07-31-2006, 03:56 AM

ok well a while back i had built a altoids charger for my ipod. it works great, perfect for a long day of flying, i got an extra 10 hours out of it. it cost me about 5 bucks to make, and they sell for 50 some bucks. i was thinking if i could do the same thing for my bb 8700c. i am good at following directions and solder, thats why it was easy for me to build, but i am not to sure about currents and proper voltage. so thats where i need some assistance.

here is a link to the first charger that i had made.
here is a second link to a new version of it.
here is a link for my idea but on another phone

any ideas on how i could make this work?
