First let me give you a little background. I support the blackberries for the company I work for. We have a couple hundred blackberries so I am fairly familiar with the 6510 7510 and the 7520.

I have had 3 instances where the B N M Speaker and enter key stop working on the 7510 in the last week when I have never seen this before. The first two times I replaced the units in question. Now one of the units I have replaced has had the same thing happen. Is there any setting somewhere I can check or anything I can do to verify this is a hardware problem with the blackberry and needs to be replaced?

I've got an existing problem with a 7250 where the 7 will not work properly if it's the first number in a phone number. Now the "C"s are not appearing in incoming emails. I've tried a hard reset but it didn't resolve the problem. Any ideas?
