hi guys, i just got my 7130e today, traded in my ppc6700 (piece of crap) phone and demanded a blackberry, and im in love with it. =) Any how the only thing that gets me is when ever i try and install desktop software for my blackberry i get an error saying the program was inturupted and has quit, click finish....

What am i doing wrong?

Uninstall it, reboot, and reinstall.
