how have experiences been with Gizmoskin customer service. I've had a product (lambskin case) completely fail (front 'flap' caught on a chair and just about completely torn off) in less than a weeks use.

In all fairness, I haven't contacted Gizmoskin yet and they may take care of me in the manner I expect. Just wondering what to expect.
