Does anyone know if the new Moto Car Kit IHF1000 will work with the 7100 series? Thanks.

Don't know about the 7100 but the IHF1000 works great with the 7250.

Moto direct is the only game in town for this kit for a couple more weeks.... then we get it! Full test on arrival.

George
I have the IHF1000 and the 7250 (Nextel) and am having trouble. They pair OK, but can't voice dial or answer calls.

What OS version are you using?

Does the 7250 through VW have the ability to voice dial through BT?

We have been having trouble with the 7520 Nextel and the IHF1000 as well.... I can confirm 7290 and 7100 work with it nicely. We will continue to troubleshoot and report back.

BTW we have 90 IHF1000's available - Last week it was 136 if you get my drift. Next delivery is from Moto is end of July. I expect by Mid June to be out of them.

BlackBerry and Voice dial is dependent on the car kit - if the kit has a local phone book with voice tags or supports speech recognition voice dialing then sure. Remember you BT car kit has no access to the BB address book becuase currently BB does not support OBEX over Bluetooth.
