I am probably going to get this case and I just have a quick question. If I were to place my 8703e device into the holster, with the screen facing my waste, does it still have the magnetic effect?

If you don't understand my question I can clarify.

Basically, the holster is on your waste, and when you're putting the device in, it's going in with the screen facing your body.

There are a couple different "OEM leather swivel holsters" but every one I've used has worked facing either way.

The new OEM Leather Holster with Swivel Clip for the 8100 series are to be used with your Pearl facing away. And since the design is basically the same as the 8700 series BlackBerry(s), wearing it with your BB facing away from you seems the way to go (which btw is how I wear them). But wearing them facing you is a good way to go too if you don't want to accidentally scratch your screen or any of the front part of your BB.

Either way, is the right way.

That's the one I'm talking about...but hopefully it will work both ways.
