I have a problem! My problem is that the Contacts list in my outlook has about eighty folders. Within those folders are individual contacts. The folders are organized by work types such as "Framers". If you click the framer folder then ten different contacts are shown and you click on the one you wish to select for their information. When I sync my BB it will not list the separate folders and it just takes all 2612 contacts and puts them in alpha order. I have spoken with Nextel Tech and they say the only way is to make filters for all eighty folders and then move each to the correct filter. They also stated that this could only be done on the BB and not through desktop manager. I would probably wear the buttons off not to mention the light years it would take to do this!

Does anyone out there know if there is a third party software that can possible solve my problem. I have pocket day; however, it appears that this is not an option!

filters are categories in outlook
create the categories in outlook the filter/category will then auto be added to the filter list.

you can bulk add your contacts to a category by selecting them and right clicking and selecting categories
