Angry 7750 USB cord help

Please Login to Remove!

I just got my bb7750 today, bought it off ebay. Now I'm thinking that may not have been such a good idea. I have been able to get the phone activated with my carrier and works as a cell phone. However there are no instructions for the phone. I am looking to hook it up to the computer via USB port, but can't figure out where the cord goes.

The first pic is the end of the USB cord that came with the phone and is supposed to plug into the phone (somewhere)

The second pic is of the power cord end and the only style jack that I see on the phone, located on the very bottom.

Am I missing the correct cord, or am I blind and can't see where the USB needs to be plugged in?

the 7700 series has these: USB Cable with Charging Capability RIM BlackBerry 7750 7730 7780 Cellular Phones

USB (computer) on one end and a MINI-USB on the other end (goes into phone).

They may have given you the wrong cable, however, it's not a big deal. The mini-usb cables are like $9 at your local computer retail store.

From there, goto the Blackberry website, and download the software if it didn't come with it.

Goto: BlackBerry - BlackBerry Support | Knowledge Base, Product Documentation Software & Support Programs

and choose the "Download BlackBerry device software " link, and follow the instructions.

Once you install it, it should be easy
