Default Headset Jack

Is there a way to disable the headset jack on the Blackberry 7520?

While wearing the corded headset (Bluetooth battery was dead) my phone fell from the table and onto the ground. Now the Blackberry acts as though the headset is still connected and will not send sound through the handheld nor the Bluetooth.

Where could I turn this off in the unit?

Most likely a mechanical problem with the headset jack itself.. not some kind of software issue. There is no "off" button.

You can swap your BlackBerry at a Nextel service center with a 24 hour turn around.

Yeah, I have the insurance. It just sucks because this happened at 4:30 and when I got to the shop they told me that it would be Tuesday before I get another. I guess I'll carry my old i730 for a while.

Thanks!
