Default Can a 6710 be used via USB?

Please Login to Remove!

I recently bought a BB USB cradle to use with my 6710. Even though it fits like a glove (like the serial cradle), I get no signs of connection. My phone does not show that it is charging, nor does my PC show any signs of being connected (new hardware found, device manager tree). The desktop manager is set for USB, but auto detect cannot find my phone. I have tried using other USB ports on my XP pro machine, but no luck. Both the phone and desktop manager are running V4+. Any ideas? Thanks.
