I am thinking about swithing to the BT HS805. I currently have the BT250. I did a search and was not able to find any coments or concerns. Is there anyone out there that has any feedback on this bluetooth?

I'd never heard of the HS805 till I froogled it right now. I have an HS820 and it works OK with my 7100t (note: OK, not great, not too poorly). Pairs quickly anyway.

This is probably not a good indication though, since Motorola quality consistancy is horrible (for the same model of a product and between products).

Actually the HS 805 is a fine headset - it doesn't get much press because it's not as sexy as an 820 or 850. The 805 is basic and is powered by a AAA battery.

Downside you have to replace the battery - upside you never have to charge it and you get 20 hours of talk time! The fidelity is good not great - certainly on par with a BT250.
