I've contacted Horizon for you and he says you've purchased a world code and the code takes 14 days to get. He says the codes should be coming in today. They will be in contact. They haven't forgotten about you.

Yes JC is right. World codes take 2 weeks (14 days) you placed your order on the 28th, it was processed on the 29th and today is the 14th day, code should be in today or tomorrow at the latest! Thanks again, and sorry for the delay

We sent you your code. Just like it said when u purchcased the unlock "it could take 14 days" And it did. We got the code on the 14th day. Check your email, or spam filter, we got an out of office reply. World codes take up to 14 days, sometimes sooner but 14 days is usually right. We try to get them faster but its not always the case. I don't understand why you would be angry when it took the time we told you it would. Thanks again. If I could have gotten the code sooner, I would have sent it to you

Thanks for getting it and for the promo code, but I asked you to send it to my alternative email (the one ending with @unibocconi.it) since I'm now on holidays and can't read my work email. I suppose you sent it there (my work email) since didn't receive anything yet...
