Default WM Password Issue

anyone else have issues with WM users when their password expires due to policy? For me it invariably happens when the COO is out of state and finally notices that he hasn't gotten emails on his phone for a couple days. After some prying I find out that he recently changed his password (AD). Then I have to try and remember how to walk him through changing his Active Sync password on the phone.

iPhone and Active Sync can ************. One of those Gartner "analysts" should go do user support for a month and then make their "expert opinion."
