HP is buying Palm
 

Was just announced on CNBC.

HP to Acquire Palm for $1.2 Billion - Yahoo! Finance

Makes no sense to me. Palm was floundering and there's no sense in HP trying again in handsets.

Palm was over $10 as recently as February, so anyone owning from there is having to sell at $5.70.
