Default Exchange 2003 - 09-22-2005, 02:19 PM

I recently upgraded our Exchange server to 2003. I'm running the desktop redirector for my handheld. Since the upgrade every message that comes to the handheld and I reply to gets a red X saying the Mailbox couldn't find original message, if you are forwarding or replying please resend the message. If I resend it goes out fine.
If I send a new message they send the first try, just problems replying and forwarding. Thanks for any help.

It just did for me today and I just deleted that account from the service book and resend the service book.
Also why don't you use Mail Connecter instead of Redirector because redirector will not send the attachments.

Problem Solved ...had to get a program dbClean.exe from blackberry and run it from DOS while the device was in its cradle......

It clears some settings that even a "Wipe Flash Memory" doesn't celar....

All worked after that.

You can find stuff on dbClean in Blackberry's knowledge base.
