I have a user that is archiving his email pretty regularly but still sees the archived emails on his BB 8700 even after reconcile now has been run. He is archiving to his local C: drive. Any suggestions?

Have you confirmed in say OWA if the mail was actually pulled from the OST file to a .PST file? Me thinks they aren't archiving properly.
