I am getting ready to upgrade my Exchange Server 2000 to 2003. I have the following setup in my company:

• BES Server 4.0 on a Windows 2000 Server called ADM002
• Exchange Server 2000 on a Windows 2000 Server called ADM001
• On ADM001, I have my Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and WINS services running.

Will there be any issues that may come up with my users blackberry's and/or the BES when I upgrade the Exchange Server to 2003?

Do I need to do anything to the BES server when I do the upgrade? Exchange Server (before/after)?
