HELP..updating device with Desktop manager mac

hi

i am updating my BB curve 8900 with DM for mac (v 1.0.1)

i tried to run the update at lease (3 times-caz everytime I connect the BB to the mac, it said that i need to update it) and it gives me an error massage evrytime saying:

please tell me what should I do in order to install the update

Uh what OS is you using on your mac laptop as this is Linux subforum. :)
