Might have better luck posting in the MAC section.

Start checking all the obvious stuff. Go into PM and make sure all your settings are correct. Check to make sure your calendar is syncing to the correct application, ie, iCal, Daylite. Do the rest for the other tabs. If this is your first sync, make sure you set the sync to one way from your mac to the BB.

The more detailed information you can give me the easier it will be for me to help you. For example, is this your first sync, or have you been syncing for a while and it just stopped.

Is this required for the first sync only?

Yes, after your first sync, change it to two way. Another suggestion I would have is if you are using iCal and are on BIS, to pick up a copy of BusySync, available at BusyMac.com. This wirelessly syncs your iCal to Google Calendar and then to you BB. This is a two way wireless sync. If you DL BusySync, get the public beta, that one has the Google tab on it. There is a 30 day trial, and to buy is only costs $20.00. I just purchased it after my 30 day trial, and I love it.

Right now I have my Treo syncing with Entourage (waiting for the sprint curve release). So you would suggest the BusySync only if I'm using ICal?

I hate the ICal program with the Treo as Birthdays and Holidays show over a 2 day period, I've asked several Mac friends and none have a fix for me. (new to the Mac and soon to be new to the BB)

Thanks for your help.

There is your issue. Two syncing programs, they don't play nice together. You can only use one syncing program. Thoroughly remove the one you are not going to use, throw the obvious stuff in the trash, and then use Spotlight to find the other stuff.

BusySync only works with iCal. I'm just the opposite, I used Entourage for a while and hated it, always kept corrupting.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind when I receive my BB. May I ask one more question?

If I'm reading everything thing correctly I won't be able to update the BB OS or be able to remove things to free up BB memory on the Mac? I don't run windows or use bootcamp.

You can remove applications from the BB on the BB. You cannot install an OS update from PM, you have to find a Windoze box to do that. Although I have read that sometimes your cell store will do it after you sign a waiver, so make sure you back-up. PM also has an option to back-up to .Mac if you have an account. Every application I have on my BB outside of an OS upgrade has been installed OTA (over the air).
