Default Browse Devise in MAC OS X and 8100 - 04-30-2008, 01:30 PM

Has anyone been able to use the "browse devise" bluetooth feature in MAC OS X with the pearl 8100?

i keep getting a message saying "services not available".

Which OSX are you using buddy?
If i try to send a file to my BB over bluetooth i always get 'device does not have the necessary features'

the most current version...not sure but 10.4....something but it's Leapord. I have no problem bluetoothing files but i would like to browse the device instead of using that usb cable.

Ive just tried with my 8310 Curve and i still get the message 'device does not have the necessary features'

yeah....oh well...i'll try again. i did notice that i didn't have my phone set up as "discoverable". Maybe this could be it...i'll try it and repost.

You cant browse them from Mac OS X.
Your only option is to send your pictures/ringtones/etc to and from the BB over Bluetooth.
