Default Duplicate calendar items in Blackberry - 05-20-2008, 10:33 PM

Okay, for those of you that are frustrated with duplicate calendar items, I have finally found the fix. RIM knows everything! They sent me to upgrade my handheld code software at BlackBerry® Software Updates . Here you input your phone model and then download the software. You need to have the BB Desktop Manager installed on your computer first. Keep your phone unplugged while you download, then once you run the software, plug the phone back in. It does everything else for you. When it is complete (about 40 minutes), you will have everything restored to normal without any duplicates! This is a lifesaver and beats doing a wipe handheld to lose all your settings. Good luck.
