Default How To Sync - 05-11-2008, 11:57 PM

Sorry for the stupid question, but I just installed pocketmac and I can't find an option to put music on it anywhere. How do you do it?

Also, do I NEED a microSD? I'll get one eventually, but I thought I'd have at least a few megabytes with the built in one.

I'll defer to others on the pocketmac question. In the meantime, you should take at look at Main Page - BlackBerryFAQ and Main Page - BlackBerryFAQ.

You really should get an use a media card. You will quickly use up memory on the blackberry and run into troubles if you start adding music, images etc.

Also see http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...ee-memory.html.

Thank you. Tbh, I only want one song to use as my ringtone. I don't need a whole lot. :D So maybe the built in one will do?

And I already checked the FAQ, there should be some tutorial on how to sync. Can someone please help me with this?

Have you tried MissingSync? I've never used PocketMac, so I can't be of much use with that. However, I do know that with MissingSync, the only way to transfer music is if the BlackBerry has an SD media card in it with mass storage enabled. It could possibly be the same with PocketMac.

Pocket Mac is the same. The only way to transfer music is to have a memory card and enable Mass Storage Mode.
