Default Missing Sync on Mac - Backup/Installing Apps on Windows - 06-20-2008, 08:33 PM

Hey all!

Quick question...I'm using Missing Sync to sync most stuff from my VZW Pearl to my MacBook. I have a 4GB micro SD card with the Pearl that was formatted by the BB when I first inserted it. Any additional apps on my BB have been downloaded OTA. One of my 3 Macs (an intel Mac Mini) has Windows XP installed and I've put the DM software on it. I want to back up my BB and potentially want to get apps that need to be installed via the DM app installer. Before I hook my BB up via USB on the Windows side, I want to ensure that Windows doesn't mess up either the BB OS or the SD card. Anyone have experience with this? Can I go back and forth between Mac OSX and Windows XP at will? I have NOT formatted the SD card with Windows...only via the BB. I don't have lots of data on the card yet and I can easily pull anything I have off onto my MacBook via a SD reader (still can't get the Mac to mount the card -- a known issue with the 8130 Pearl according to the Mark Space site) if I need to reformat the card. Thanks much in advance!

Thanks for the response! That's what I thought (hoped), but just wanted to make sure. Thanks again.
