Hey all, I was wondering if anyone knew of any third party apps that allow password backup and syncing with a Mac? I know of programs such as KeepPass and DataVault, but both are meant for PC users.

I know we Mac users aren't the best suited for syncing with a BB, but I would like to be able to have access to my password from my computer as well as my phone, and also not lose all my information in case something happens to my phone.

If there is not an app capable of this, then could you give me a quick recommendation as to what is a good app to replace RIM's Password Keeper.

Unfortunately I haven't found one either. The only option - quite clumsy - is to use Splash ID and export from the desktop and import on the handheld...... or vice versa....

I don't know much about Splash ID, but I'm looking it up right now. How do you feel that it works? I wish RIM would be able to dedicate more time to developing better syncing between the devices and Macs. But thanks again.

I use Missing Sync to sync my Mac address book to my Curve 8330. I used to use SplashID on a Palm OS device which synced with the desktop version.

What I do now is put all of my passwords and logins in my address book. Not secure but very easy to backup and sync. I never used the login protection in SplashID anyway.
