We use Lotus Bloats in our company and I was just issued an 8310 with an enterprise account. Has anyone tried PocketMAC with this type of setup? I'd like to be able to sync my contacts and such with my Mac when I get home.

Since you're on a BES, your device is likely set for Wireless Sync for your address book.
If so, you'd need to turn that off.
Address Book > Options > Wireless Synchronization = Off

You can't have wired and wireless address book sync active at the same time.
Check with your BES admin before doing this. They may not permit it.
