Hello everyone!

I have the BB 8320, my carrier is T-mobile. I own a mac but I don't have pocketmac or any other program available.

so what exactly do I have to do to install the new OS to my 8320. I'm sorry I know I should search, but I'm on the run, have to get back to work.

any help will be appreciated.

You will have to use a Windows machine and RIM's Desktop Manager to install the software.

Sadly, that's just how it goes for us Mac users.
