for some reason, my contacts are not syncing. I get a message saying contact son my mac don't appear to be on my device (when they clearly are)

Anyway, I thought I would try and purge COntacts with "Data Purge" so that I can tell pocketmac to push the contacts from my MS Entourage which might work?

when I try, it connects to the bold for about 5 secs and then gives up.

Any ideas?
