Moved to Mac Users section.

As said above, you will need to do it on a Windows device for now. Desktop Manager for Mac is due sometime in September.

Parallels does not work with BlackBerrys. More often than not, it will fail to recognize the device when it is connected via USB.

BootCamp or Fusion until DM for Mac is released (should be within the next few weeks).

PocketMac (free from RIM) or Missing Sync ($40 from Mark/Space) will allow syncing with a Mac. They sync to iCal/Addressbook, or Entourage. Unfortunately, they only work semi-reliably with pre-Intel Macs. BlackBerry Desktop Manager for Mac will be out soon and (hopefully) all our woes as Mac users will vanish.

Full disclosure: Missing Sync is not good at all.
