Default Crashed BB Bold - 09-10-2009, 07:09 PM

Yesterday I installed Desktop manager for Mac on my iMac,
When i connected my BB Bold to my iMac it told me that I had a whole bunch of updates that I needed to install so I did that and it went very smoothly.
This morning when I tried to access the internet on my BB Bold my phone crashed, and it doesn't matter what I do it keeps crashing.
I want to put my Bb Bold back to the original settings but I do not know how to do that.......... Please can you help??????

Do you have a recent backup of all your info? Sounds like you installed the beta Mac Desktop Manager and it screwed the pooch. it is likely you will ultimately have to wipe your Bold and re-install the OS. All info can be reloaded from your backup. If you don't have a backup, it's gonna hurt.

Reinstalled the latest OS and it is still playing up, saying that after the install all my old data was still there, maybe I should do a clean install and not add all my applications
What do you think???

Definitely sounds like the thing to do. Add your aftermarket apps back one at a time and see when the instability shows up. Maybe try wiping first with JL_Commander to be safe.
