Default Trying to tether mac with bb curve...problems...:( - 10-19-2009, 04:02 PM

I have visited countless forums and can't find the problem I am running into so if anyone has heard of this I would love for some help!

I have successfully paired my macbook with my bb curve 8300. I have Sprint as a carrier and am using #777 as the telephone number. It successfully worked before but I think I went in and messed with some setting or something and now I can't figure out what I did. Basically when I click connect the blue light flashes on my curve showing that it is connecting and the words "Modem Mode Enabled" appears on the screen of the bb for about 2 secs and then disappears. Then after 10 seconds or so this message pops up on my mac "Internet Connect A modem error occurred. Please verify your settings and try again."

Arghhh! Please help!

Todd

It appears that Sprint has blocked this. Mine stopped working a few weeks ago.

You need to pay for tethering with Sprint.
