For some reason the desktop manager reads my bold & memory card but every time I try to sync tunes it continues to ask "turn on mass storage". When I do turn on it still doesn't sync my itunes playlist.

Any help or info on this problem?

Playlists are still a problem on the Mac Desktop Manager client. And I believe DRM restrictions are still in effect.
