Default im at a loss here

just got a storm 2 left for the iphone but if i knew how terrible syncing is with a mac i wouldnt have ever left ...

used pocketmac to try to bring in my contacts ... nothing
now i just tried missing sync nothing yet they both say they synched

i cant use bb dm bc im running tiger not leopard

any help??
