Unhappy helP!!!! JUM 517 error

Please Login to Remove!

ive been using the 9700 for a week now. All well and loved it until last night :(
JUM 517 Error message showed up.
Ive read thru various forums, and learnt ive got to reload the OS.

But im a mac (apple) user, in the desktop manager there isnt any option to reload the OS>
the bb is not even connecting to the manager. Please help.
Feel crippled without the bb.

Please do not double and triple post! It is considered bad forum etiquette.

The error code is probably JVM 517.

Please use the SEARCH function and read our FAQ.

There is a yellow sticky at the top of each device section with the latest OS and instructions on how to load/reload.

Be patient. It takes a while. Make sue the device is charged and that your PC doesn't shut off or otherwise crash.


And I hope you have a recent backup.
