KB19454: The Address Book database cannot be accessed for synchronization.
trying to get my Torch synced with my Mac...always been a challenge with duplicates etc and now can't even get it to sync at all.
getting this message: "The Address Book database cannot be accessed for synchronization. For help resolving this issue, refer to KB19454 in the BlackBerry Desktop Manager Knowledge Base."
So I look it up on Blackberry's site and follow the troubleshooting but nothing works. Any experience with this by others?

Are you using the latest software (mac desktop manager publish date 08/04/2010)?

Thanks, this worked perfectly. I updated BB Messenger to 18.104.22.168 and the issue resolved itself.
OS X 10.6.4
Desktop Manager 1.0.4 (build 10)
Entourage 2008 for Mac 12.2.0
Then I come acroos Erjavec's post.......Erjavec your a freaking genius. It worked like a charm. I only regret that I was not able to tell RIM your fix so they can save users so much time.
