I just got a Mac Air. I am using Microsoft Office 2011 on it and Ical (if necessary) as my calendars.

I have a blackberry curve 8520 which I can't sync to either calendars on my mac. The error message that comes up is "an error was encountered while syncing calendars"

What version of DM are you using?

Do you have the calendar sync configured properly?

Do contacts sync correctly?

Have you looked for any blank calendar entries?

Have you tried a battery pull on the BB?

Contacts sync correctly - i just tested a new one and it goes into the office contacts

I did a battery pull, no luck

i verified that i have all the updates for the blackberry via desktop software

its trying to sync with the ical calendar - not sure how i can set it up to sync with the office 2011 calendar? maybe that would make it work?

i have it set up that if i enter an event in ical it automatically syncs with the office calendar. The problem is that i can't get the calendar from the blackberry into either ical or the office 2011 calendar

You would probably set it up using DM, that is why I asked about which version of DM.

Are you on BES by any chance?

I also use a MAC, but I sync my calendar with Google Calendar which syncs with several other devices and keeps everything current - BB, iPad, MacBook, MacMini and a couple Windows machines all in sync.
