Right now, I have my email address set up through that Cingular/Blackberry site, but I was told that I can put my blackberry email address into my X Serve so I get the emails immediately, instead of them coming in chunks every few mins.

Any help would be great!

try setting it up using IMAP4 instead of POP3... that might be better
