I seem to have "joined the club" of dissatisfied PM users but I thought I'd throw these two issues out there to see if anyone had any suggestions (other than to get a Treo):

1. Only 400 or so of my 1300 Entourage contacts get transferred to the 8700 when I sync, and any new ones I add to Entourage after syncing get ignored in the next sync. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to which make the cut and which don't.

2. Tasks make it over from Entourage to the BB but their due dates and reminder times do not.

I've tried all of PM's stock suggestions - CleanSync and DataPurge - but still no good. And I'm still waiting for a response from Support.

Don't hold your breath waiting for support to reply to your email. I'm still waiting and it's been over a week...
