Default PocketMac Reminder sync issue - 06-11-2006, 02:21 PM

I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing the same problem, or if anyone has a fix for this problem:

I have the default Reminder setting on my 7100t set to NONE. When i create an event on my Blackberry and sync it to Entourage, the event shows up in Entourage with a reminder set to 0 minutes (instead of the Reminder Box being unchecked).

So, instead of the event showing up in Entourage with the Reminder Box being unchecked, it shows up with a checkmark and set to 0 minutes (this causes a reminder to pop up in Entourage for every event that was originally created on the Blackberry.

I talked to PocketMac and they told me to rebuild my database in Entourage. I did that but the problem still persists. I even tried wiping the Blackberry and also reinstalling PocketMac. In addtion to that I also used PocketMac SyncClean and DataPurge utility. I am using Entourage 11.2.3 and PocketMac 3.13. My Blackberry OS is 4.1

Any suggestions?

Thanks

You might want to try updating Entourage to 11.2.4, and see if that helps. I have used Entourage on my BB 7520 and experienced quirks with the software. I finally bit the bullet and switched to the Apple apps, iCal, Mail, and address book. I use OD4Contact to pull it all together when viewing on my laptop. Things have been much more stable since I have done this.

Another suggestion is going into disk utility and repairing permissions.
