Okay. I've contacted tech-support to no avail, maybe one of you can help.

I have a BB 957, a PowerBook G4 running OSX 10.4.7, PocketMac 3.13 and a Keyspan USA-19 Serial to USB adapter.

I've installed all software and drivers. In the menu, PocketMac shows the word Blackberry, but it is greyed out. I try to sync and it gives me an error "Blackberry not connected". I have the prefs set to "Serial" to read the adapter.

Does anyone have an answer? Any help would be appreciated.
