when i synce my contacts is sends them all over but when i check them some of them have numbers missing. what am i doing wrong?

If you supply more complete information, maybe someone can help you out.

Are you Synching to AddressBook, Entourage, or other?
How are preferences set?
What phone numbers are missing (home, office, other)?
Are you presented with any conflicts?
Have you looked at logfile after synch?
