Newbie here. I currently own a Treo 700w and I'm getting ready to throw it away! I'm considering an 8703e but have several questions being that it is a different OS than I'm used to. First off, I own a MAC and I currently sync to it using 4smartphone.net. It works very well, push email is instant and I sync my contacts and calender only. Can the 8703e sync with my MAC? Do I have to have my laptop on and open in order to sync with it? Is there anyone out there that is currently syncing to their MAC?

Sorry for all the questions guys, but I'm new to the Blackberry world. I really like the concept of it and hope that I can get this sorted out so I can purchase one. Not going to be using it for games, mp3's etc..... Just a PHONE first, and a PDA/with syncing capabilities.
