Unhappy Pocket Mac 4 and Lotus Notes

Please Login to Remove!

Has anyone been able to successfully setup PocketMac 4 to sync with Lotus Notes? I have tried numerous ways of entering the server and mail file name with no luck.

I always get an error:
[01:15:20.164] Failed to start Lotus Notes server.
Any ideas???

Default if all else fails

you could always call RIM Blackberry cust. support. They support the PocketMac application now.

Default This worked for me.

This worked...

Thank you for your continuing interest in the BlackBerry solution.

I am following up with your case number RQSTXXXXXXXX.

We have identified a problem with the installer for Pocket Mac which results in one of the files being placed in the incorrect directory. Please copy the file "noteslib.framework" from the applications/lotus notes directory to the hd/users/current user/library/frameworks folder. At this point you should be able to synchronize correctly.

I will pend this case for another 48 hours and follow up with you at that time unless we hear from you before then.

Default This does not work!

There was already a NotesLib.framework file in the current user folder and even when I copied the other file from the outlined original location to it; it didn't work. I get the following error during sync:

An unexpected error has occurred: Connection when invalid while waiting for a reply. Failed to start Lotus Notes server.

The only thing we want to sync at this point is the Lotus Notes local address book and even trying to specify any server connections under the connections tab did not make a difference.

Please help.
