I posted this in the normal 8100 folder, but am wondering if it is a problem with pocketmac since some other threads say something about changing a setting in Desktop Manager in order to receive attachments?

Some one please help a brother out..

I just got a BB Pearl after having a couple other BB's in the past. My question is for some reason when I get an Email that I know has an attachment (B/C I sent it to my self) it is not showing up on the pearl as having anything attached. Is there a setting I need to change to allow for viewing Word and Excel doc's?

Thanks.

JP

Install Desktop Manager. Download and install the BB OS on your PC. Then run Desktop Manager and run Application Loader. Make sure that Blackberry Attachment Service is checked.
