My wife has a BB8700 like mine, and on my Mac she has a separate user identity with her own Entourage and AddressBook files which she wants to sync with the BB. However, when she's logged in as that user, I can't get PM to recognize the device - the message reads: "No device configured. Please check your settings and install with your user account." What does this mean and what should I do? Thanks!
