Obviously Mac users can't use their blackberry like they should be able to and the software to help, Pocket Mac, is terrible.

Kindly use the search as this has been covered. I use BootCamp, works like a champ with my BB in the wintel envrir. Others use Parallels, my understanding is the latest release (might be beta) of Parallels addresses the Desktop Manager and virtual USB port.
