Default address book will not sync I need help please

Please Login to Remove!
when I click to sync my address bock with pocketmac this is what it says
[01:00:04.789] An unexpected error has occurred: Bad default category length.

can some one please help me fix this!!!

my guess is that there is some category containing the wrong type of data or something that doesn't match the required fields.
