Hi! I'm sorry to say that we prevented by our license to distribute the older version of the software. And in your case, that's very good news, because the Now Up to Date program changed after the release of our driver, and so our prior version wouldn't solve that problem for you.

The good news is that RIM is testing an update to version 4 where we have addressed the incompatibility, and as soon as RIM releases the next update, you'll be able to resume syncing with Now software.

Sorry for the delay...we're not sure what date RIM will release the update. But we'll post in the forum when that happens so you will get a heads up.

Thanks so much!

Welcome to the forum, firstly!
Will the new update to v. 4.0 also enable PocketMac to do updates and upgrades via desktop to the Blackberry like the BB Desk Manager for the PC does?

I don't have good news on that OS installation issue yet. RIM has not yet released to us an avenue for installing OS Upgrades.

If I had to guess based on traffic in our support area, I would say that's our #1 request from users.

RIM hasn't yet told us when that will be made available to us. As soon as I know more, I'll be sharing it with you all in here, that's for sure!

Thanks for the welcome! I appreciate it!

It's been in beta-mode for a while... When it's ready we'll talk.
