Default pocketmac issues - 04-12-2007, 08:53 AM

I had a 7290 and was using pocketmac, the program worked pretty well but not perfect. I recently purchased an 8800 and I unistalled the old version of
Pocketmac and installed the new version off RIM's site. Pocketmac confirmed via e-mail that the new version is free and supports the 8800.
The first sync went great, now I keep getting things I deleted showing up even after I acknowledge a change and say to remove from device or remove from mac. I also have an issue w/ some things not syncing on the calendar even though I have that calendar included in the list of items to sync and yestrday everything in my address book on the 8800 duplicated.
This is getting frustrating. Anyone else have similar issues?
Thanks in advance
Ralph

Default Me neither - 04-13-2007, 05:28 AM

Hi,

I am a new user, and did install a few days ago the mac Pocketmac. The latest. At first I was thinking it is me, but unfortunate I am not the only one.

If I run pocketmac sometimes it say's there is no connection. If there is, no denial notification, and I have any check box checked inside the sync settings it crashes. It did run only one time, but with out really syncing.

Anyone some helpfully thoughts for us.

Are there any situations that will avoid syncing? Like using some external syncing with a BES for Domino or...

I am using the 7230.

Thanks

RvA
