Bought 2 brand new SD cards the other day both SanDisk 2 Gb. One works perfectly in the BB8100, but my 8800 will not mount on the desktop using the USB cable. Here's a weird thing... I can transfer files to the BB using bluetooth from my MacBook Pro, trouble is only one file at a time. So the card seems to be working OK, it's just not playing nice with the Mac. BTW I've enabled the mass storage and all that in advanced settings, but still no joy. When i connect the 8800 to the Mac I get no messages on the BB screen, but the battery icon shows it is charging.


Hmmm, any help appreciated, I'd like to get some media files on the BB for when I travel.

Managed to get everything sorted out... but on a PC running XP, I feel soiled. Why will the XP machine see the microSD card and Mac won't? Is it Mac's USB drivers at fault?
